Currently, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are working diligently to expand our shipping range to include the European Union in the very near future.

Return Policy

Can I get a refund?
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened boxes with the outer seal intact. If you wish to return an unopened box, please be aware of the following conditions:

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of £30 will be applied to all returns.

Unopened Boxes Only
We can only accept boxes that are unopened and have the outer seal intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your box.

Donation Option
If you prefer, you can request that your unopened box be donated. We will ensure that it goes to a pregnant mother-to-be who would otherwise not be able to purchase any of the contents. This is a great way to support those in need while ensuring your purchase does not go to waste.
